What is a pre-order?
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. A pre-order allows you to purchase products that are not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item in advance and agree to the estimated wait time displayed on the product page.
We take full payment at checkout for all pre-orders to secure your item.
Estimated Availability & Shipping Timeframes
Each pre-order product page includes an estimated dispatch date or timeframe.Please note:

Timeframes are estimates only and may change due to supply delays outside of our control.

If there is a change to the estimated date, we will notify you promptly via email.

Your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.
Orders Containing Pre-Order + In-Stock Items
If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items in one order, we may:

ship them together once all items are available, or
-
ship in-stock items separately.
This will depend on your delivery location and our fulfilment method. If separate shipping is required, we will notify you.
Cancellations & Changes
Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before it has processed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delays
If we cannot supply your pre-order within the advertised or a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
Returns & Refunds for Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow our standard return and refund process unless stated as final sale on the product page.
However, please note:

Any final sale designation does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described upon arrival, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Under Australian Consumer Law:

You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to supply your pre-order within the advertised or a reasonable timeframe.

You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

You have the right to clear and accurate information at the time of purchase, including when products are not yet available.
