We ship worldwide via Australia Post.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Where We Ship

We accept and ship orders within Australia & the rest of Oceania using Australia Post (AusPost).


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia) 🇦🇺

Standard Shipping

  • FREE on orders $175+

  • $11.00 flat rate for orders under $175

  • $8.00 flat rate on orders only containing charms for orders under $40
  • Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days

Express Shipping

  • FREE on orders $200+

  • $15.00 flat rate for orders under $200

  • $8.00 flat rate on orders only containing charms for orders under $40
  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days


3. International Shipping 🌍

Standard Shipping

  • $20 flat rate for orders under $200 for all countries except New Zealand

  • $16 flat rate for orders under $200 for New Zealand
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

Express Shipping

  • FREE on orders $200+

  • $30 flat rate for orders under $200

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

Important Notes

  • Timeframes vary based on destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs-related fees.

  • We are not liable for packages delayed, refused, or returned due to customs requirements or unpaid charges.

  • Please check your local customs rules before ordering.


4. Processing Times

Because our items are handmade, we typically dispatch orders within:
1-3 weeks

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.


5. Pre-Orders & Restocks

Each pre-order product page lists an estimated dispatch timeframe.

Please note:

  • Dispatch estimates are approximate and may change due to supplier or production delays.

  • If the estimate changes, we will notify you by email.

  • Orders ship once the pre-order item becomes available.


6. Orders Containing Both Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

Depending on your location and fulfilment method, we may:

  • ship items together when the pre-order arrives, or

  • ship in-stock items separately

If separate shipments are required, we will contact you first.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • Exchange/store credit may be offered if:

    • contact made within 14 days

    • item unused and in original condition

    • item not personalised

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL

  • We cover return postage for faulty/incorrect items


8. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos (if applicable)

We aim to reply within 2 business days.


9. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

We comply fully with the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product fails to meet consumer guarantees.
