Where are you based?

We are proudly Australian, based on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

What leather do you use?

We use full grain leather from Italian tanneries. These are high-quality, durable leathers that age wonderfully. Upon request, we can also source Australian leather, for a more cost effective option. If this is something you'd like, Contact Us.

What are my rights under Australian Law?

All purchases are covered by the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet basic quality or performance standards.

When will I receive my order?

We take around two weeks to make your journal. Once, it's ready to ship out, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I do a change of mind return?

As these items are made-to-order, we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

However, we may offer an exchange if the item is unused and in original condition, and not a personalised product, returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is at buyer's cost.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What can I do?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 day. We will replace or refund the item as required. Return postage is at buyer's expense.
