Refund policy
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Store Policy)
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period, starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns
To qualify, items must be:

unused and in original condition
-
in original packaging
-
accompanied by proof of purchase
-
not a personalised item
-
not a final sale or clearance item
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund if we provide the return label.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

2. Pre-Orders & Restocks
Some products may be listed as pre-orders, allowing you to reserve items before they arrive in stock.
We take full payment at checkout for all pre-orders.

Cancellations & Changes (Pre-Orders)
Before Shipment
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has begun processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
(“Processing” means the order has entered physical fulfilment.)
Delays
If we cannot supply your pre-order within the advertised or a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, in accordance with the ACL.
After Shipment
Once your pre-order has shipped, our standard return policies apply.
Returns on Pre-Orders
Pre-orders follow our standard 30-day return policy unless marked final sale.
A final sale designation only affects change-of-mind returns and does not affect your ACL rights.
If your pre-order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items (Change-of-Mind)
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

personalised or custom items
-
perishable goods
-
beauty or personal care items
-
hazardous materials
-
flammable liquids or gases
-
sale or clearance items
-
gift cards
(If these items are faulty, your ACL rights still apply.)
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please submit a return request; once approved, you can place a new order.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
8. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
We comply fully with the ACL. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

is faulty or unsafe

does not match its description
-
is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (including pre-orders)
These rights apply regardless of our 30-day change-of-mind policy.
